We began our business with offering custom designed look alike dolls in the Apple Valley and Berenguer reborn lines. Due to the time involved with trying to create dolls via the internet, it became clear that I could not continue as I was and still keep my sanity. Thus I dropped offering custom designed look alike dolls and reborn dolls made to order. I decided to concentrate on my first love which is toddler size dolls, the 30 to 39 inch size. I do accept custom orders in these sizes. Please do not send photos of your children to have me make a look a like doll. I just don't do that anymore. However, I will try and recreate a doll from my photo gallery page page in the 30 to 42 inch size if you choose or create a doll using a select list of faces in this size with your choice of eye and hair color.
At this point, the large 39 inch size dolls come in three faces, the Chris face (smiling with the teeth showing, the Stacey face, (closed lips) and the Micah face, (mouth slightly open). I also will try to do a particular character or theme if you choose with prices to be decided when I know what is involved with creating your character doll. Some of the character dolls I have done include: Harry Potter and friends, Matilda (from the book), Anne of Green Gables, Amish children, country children, American Indian children, ethnic children and Hannah Montanna.
I am now offering the largest size you will find, 42 inch dolls with flexible bodies for life like poses. These are best done in the Chris sculpt or the new Isabelle sculpt which makes a lovely African American child. The 42 inch doll does not stand.
A custom doll is generally between $199.00 and $300.00 dollars depending upon size, style and costume. I require a non refundable deposit of $125.00 to begin your doll which will be finished in 4 to 6 weeks. (Rush orders are available for an additional charge. )
Important stuff to know . . .
Once a custom order is placed with a deposit, it is NON REFUNDABLE. All Sales are final. Any changes requested after the doll is started or finished will require additional charges so be sure on your choices. (I am able to keep my custom prices low by keeping to this policy.)
Shipping in country is a flat $30.00 for any doll above 30 inches tall. I ship only to the United Kingdom and Canada out of country. Any other requests for shipment will be done on a case by case basis. (I will not ship to high risk countries including South Africa, China and Middle Eastern Countries. ) I ship Priority only to these countries at the cost of $85.00 shipping.
